• User-Initiated Deletion: You may permanently delete your account at any time from your Settings page. This will immediately wipe your profile, chat history, and any remaining wallet balance, and free up your username. A password verification is required to confirm this action.
• Account Bans: Our administration reserves the right to ban or restrict accounts that violate our terms of service, engage in fraudulent top-up attempts, or abuse the support system.
• Data Archival: Upon account deletion (either by you or by administration), a minimal secure archive record is retained exclusively for administrative auditing and security purposes.
